Shipping Policy
Thanks for shipping with Eboddington Bijoux. Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.
Shipping and processing times
We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. Notification of processing and shipping will be given separately for bulk orders. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility when making your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
Domestic shipping costs and estimates
We are happy to offer free domestic shipping on orders valued at €45 or over (Total Order Amount excluding postage). With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes we experience delays.
Shipping costs per individual item are €4.25.

How can I track my order status?
You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up. You can track your order once it has been dispatched using the carrier’s tracking number and website.
If for some reason you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please contact us at eboddington105@gmail.com. We will look into it for you.
Returns and refunds policy
Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, unsealed and in brand-new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
For Return or Exchange inquiries, please email us as soon as possible at eboddington105@gmail.com. We address each inquiry individually and we will try our best to make sure everyone is satisfied. Total Order Amount
We calculate the Total Order Amount as follows:
- Calculate line item total: For each product, multiply the quantity by the unit price.
- Apply discounts: Subtract any applicable discounts from the line item total.
- Calculate subtotal: Sum up the line item totals.
- Add taxes and shipping: If applicable, add taxes and shipping costs to the subtotal.
- Determine final total: The final total or Total Order Amount is the sum of the subtotal, taxes, and shipping costs.
Discounts
New Customer
- New customers can use the PROMO CODE NewCustomer1 at checkout to get 10% off their first online order.
- The 10% discount is off the subtotal amount, excluding any applicable taxes and postage.
- New Customer discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts except where we explicitly agree to its use.
Valentine’s Special
- From date of publishing on the website, all orders up to and including 28 February 2025 will have a 20% discount automatically applied during checkout.
- The 20% discount is applicable to the subtotal amount, excluding any applicable taxes and postage.
- If the Total Order Amount is 45€ or over and for delivery in mainland France, Free Shipping will be applied during the checkout process. Otherwise standard shipping costs apply.
- All customers who complete an order during February 2025 will receive a unique one-off 10% discount code to use during March 2025.
- The New Customer discount code cannot be used in conjunction with the Valentine’s Special discount.
